TRADE-TERMS
1. Packing will be free on an order worth Rs. 10,000/- or above.
2. Mode of Despatch of Goods.
Road Transport
Transportation charges on an order worth Rs. 10,000 or above, are allowed 50% rebate. For orders below
Rs. 10,000/- we allow a rebate of only 10% of freight.
3. Postage charges will be borne by the customer.
4. Insurance charges will be paid by us.
5. Charges for arranging urgent loading by Transport agency, if any, will be borne by customer.
6. Goods will be sent either per V.P.P. or through Bank.
7. Goods once sold will not be returnable.
8. Old editions will not be exchanged.
9. It is understood that if titles ordered for are not supplied, these are either out of stock or in press.
10. Any omission or error should be pointed out within a week on receipt of the goods.
11. Kindly return the excess copies, if any, supplied by mistake, at our cost.
12. The prices of our books are subject to change without any prior intimation.
13. This catalogue cancels all our previous price lists.
14. All disputes are subject to Meerut Jurisdiction only.
